who is MySavvySpace?

Kelsey FosterKelsey Foster, President / Contessa of Creativity

An avid user of MySpace and other social networking sites, Kelsey realized that there wasn't an easy-to-use resource site that specialized in teaching people how to use social networking along with providing an affordable custom design service. So she set about creating MySavvySpace.com in September of 2007.

Kelsey has a background in both graphic design and marketing. She has an associates degree in visual communications/design and a bachelors degree in business administration. Her most recent position is Marketing Director of a nationally-recognized independent school. In her career as a designer, she has been honored with several awards including two Golds in the 2007 MarCom Creative Awards and 2004 Graphic Design USA American InHouse Designer award.

She currently serves on the Seattle Chapter of the Association of Women in Communications Board of Directors as Co-Vice President of Communications.

When she isn't busy with MSS, you can find her spending time with her kids, entertaining friends, or hatching new business ideas.

Melody IvoryMelody Ivory, Ph.D., Vice President / Temptress of Technology

Dr. Melody Ivory oversees the technology side of MySavvySpace and we are incredibly fortunate to have her on our team! She and Kelsey met through the Ladies Who Launch Incubator. Kelsey spoke up during a meeting saying she could use Melody's expertise in MySavvySpace, and the rest, as they say, is history!

Melody walked away from a successful career as a professor at the University of Washington to “compose a life that inspires her to SING.” Now, she empowers other overachieving “superwomen” to do the same through her business, Melody Ivory Inc.

After spending 20+ years in technology and earning a PhD in computer science from UC Berkeley, it took surviving a near-death experience with meningitis to raise her awareness about the dangers of being driven to succeed.

An expert on stress-relief, optimal health, and self-mastery, Melody is also a mother, wife, teacher, coach, and artist.

 

Danielle SpeedieDanielle Speedie, Vice President / Sales and Operations

Heading up our Custom Solutions division is Danielle Speedie. She believes in building relationships with clients over just "making the sale". We think you'll find her to be great to work with!

Danielle is also our go-to gal for keeping systems running at MySavvySpace. She has a keen eye for detail and is incredibly organized.

A successful realtor with Windermere Real Estate, Danielle also has a background in accounting with both startup businesses and mature lifecycle industries (telecommunications).

When she isn't selling homes or running the behind the scenes madness at MSS, you can find her enjoying an excellent glass of wine and spending time with friends and family.
